Manny's Macarons started off as weekend baking for our family and friends. We really enjoy making macarons and particularly love watching the macaron shells bake in the oven, the formation of their nice dome cap and little feet rising. Macarons are such pretty little sweets treats. They can be made in any colour and deliciously flavoured fillings that one fancies.
